Born and raised in London, with Indian heritage through South Africa, I now call Portugal home. Movement, migration, and cultural diversity have deeply influenced my creative work, offering a rich source of subject matter to explore identity, belonging, and transformation.

With a background in natural healing modalities—including Yoga, Thai Massage, and Craniosacral Therapy—I am passionate about the intersection between art and healing. My work reflects an ongoing investigation into how these practices support the nervous system and allow for deep self-expression. I am fascinated by the creative magic that emerges when the body finds stillness, and this informs much of my artistic practice.

Art is integral to my wellbeing, a dynamic space where I experiment with a range of materials, including acrylics, charcoal, pastels, printmaking, and digital media. My creative process flows between spontaneity and reflection, as I work with colour, shape, contrast, and line to express something deeply felt and healing. For me, art is a way to connect, integrate, and give form to the personal and collective experiences that move me.
